Removal

1. Disconnect from the battery at first a negative wire, then positive.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action! |
Remove the battery with the pallet (see the Head Elektrooborudovaniye of the engine). 2. Remove knot of the air filter, a driving belt of the fan, the diffuser and a broad tank. 3. Remove assembly of the lever of the AT selector (see the Section Removal and installation of assembly of the lever of the AT selector). 4. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. 5. At the corresponding complete set remove protection of a case. 6. Disconnect reception pipes of system of production of the fulfilled gases from collectors. 7. Put under a back part of AT capacity for collecting liquid. Put tags and remove forward and back driveshafts (see the Head the Transmission line). 8. Remove assembly of the measuring ATF probe (address an illustration above). 9. Disconnect drafts of the AT drive and the transfer case. 10. Disconnect the following sockets:
- VSS sensors No. 1 and No. 2;
- Sensor of speed 0/D;
- Electromagnetic valve;
- ATF temperature sensor;
- P/N sensor (permission of start);
- Sensor of blocking of interaxal differential;
- Electric motor of the actuation mechanism;
- L4 sensor
- Sensor of neutral position of the transfer case
11. Uncover a bell and give six bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer to a driving disk. 12. Disconnect from oil cooler tube AT. 13. Having propped up AT a jack and having laid between them a piece of a board, remove a cross beam. 14. That the hydrotransformer did not drop out of AT, do not incline it forward. |

Installation
|
1. If acted, install the hydrotransformer in AT. Turning it gradually, accurately push the hydrotransformer into a box against the stop. At the correct landing of the transformer the distance from its end face to a cut of a bell has to be not less than 17.1 mm. 2. Install AT on the directing engine plugs. Wrap bolts of fastening and tighten them with effort of 72 Nanometers. 3. Establish a cross beam and tighten bolts of its fastening the moment of 50 Nanometers. Nuts tighten 74 Nanometers with effort. 4. Attach oil refrigerant tubes to AT, having tightened six-sided fitging with effort of 32 Nanometers. 5. Wrap six bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer to a driving disk. At first wrap a bolt with a green tag, then the others. For consecutive access to bolts rotate a bent shaft. Bolts tighten 48 Nanometers with effort. 6. Further installation is made as it should be the return to an order of dismantle of components. 7. Fill in in ATF transmission (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance of the car), start the engine and examine the unit on existence of signs of development of leaks. |
