Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Components of the GRM drive are given on illustrations above.
2. Take off a driving belt.
3. Take off a belt of the GRM drive and cogwheels of camshafts
4. Remove a back cover of a belt of the GRM drive
5. Turn out two fixing bolts and remove an oil pipeline of the vacuum pump
6. Remove the vacuum pump.
7. Block a bent shaft and turn out the central bolt of its pulley (address an accompanying illustration).
8. Remove a pro-rate and by means of a stripper dismantle a pulley of a bent shaft.
9. Turn out 14 bolts of fastening of a cover of cogwheels of the GRM drive.
10. Measure an axial gap of an intermediate cogwheel and if necessary replace its persistent plate, a shaft, or a cogwheel.
11. Remove a cogwheel of the drive of the oil pump by means of a stripper.
12. Turn out two bolts, remove a persistent plate, a cogwheel and its axis.
13. Block TNVD cogwheel, give a nut of its fastening and remove a cogwheel.

Roll bolts of a stripper no more, than on 8 mm.

14. Dismantle a cogwheel of the TNVD and GRM drive.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made upside-down.
2. For installation of an intermediate cogwheel turn the leading cogwheel of TNVD so that the tag "3" on a cogwheel of a bent shaft was combined with a tag "4" on the leading cogwheel of TNVD. Then enter cogwheels into gearing (address an accompanying illustration).
