Start implementation of the procedure only after final cooling of the power unit.
Two half of the inlet pipeline and its components
On engines 2UZ-FE the inlet pipeline, two-piece is installed. The top part (the Toyota company calls it the inlet camera) contains the throttle case. The lower part is actually inlet pipeline and fastens to a head of cylinders (address an illustration above). In the lower part of the pipeline fuel nozzles and the highway are established.
At the address with easy aluminum parts be accurate, it is easy to damage them. Pay attention that in this engine the starter fastens to the lower half of the inlet pipeline. The starter is turned back, entering gearing with a flywheel above.
After switching off of ignition in fuel system there is residual pressure. Before a detachment of fuel highways pressure needs to be taken off not to be traumatized.
1. Take off pressure in fuel system (see the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
2. Merge cooling liquid.
3. Disconnect an accelerator cable, AT throttle cable (at the corresponding complete set) and a cable of a tempostat (at the corresponding complete set) from the throttle case.
4. Disconnect fuel highways.
5. Disconnect the following sockets from the inlet pipeline:
- Sensor of provision of a butterfly valve (TPS)
- Socket of the sensor of position of the accelerator pedal
- Socket of the motor of management of a butterfly valve
- I will corrode managements of a purge of a coal adsorber of EVAP
- Eight sockets of fuel nozzles (on the first hang a label)
- Sockets of the sensor of the index of temperature of cooling liquid and sensor of the indicator of temperature of cooling liquid
- Eight (on the first hang a label) sockets of coils of ignition
- Two sockets lambda probes
6. Hang labels and disconnect the following hoses from the inlet pipeline:
- Vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator
- PCV hose from the PCV valve on the left head of cylinders
- Three hoses of a purge of a coal adsorber of EVAP
- Vacuum hoses of GUR
- If the car is not equipped by the hydraulic booster of brakes, disconnect a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier
7. Disconnect an accelerator cable from the case of a throttle and remove three clamps.
8. Disconnect a roundabout hose of the cooling system from the forward roundabout union.
9. Disconnect fastenings of conducting of the engine where it is attached to the right fuel highway.
10. Turn off three bolts of fastening of protection of conducting of the engine against the back roundabout union of the cooling system on both heads of cylinders.
11. Disconnect from both heads of cylinders of the tire "weights".
12. Remove the diagnostic DLC1 socket from an arm of a cover of the case of a throttle and remove an arm from the inlet pipeline.
13. Give two nuts and remove an accelerator cable arm from the inlet pipeline.
14. Turn off nuts and bolts and remove the inlet pipeline entirely together with fuel highways.
|1. Scratch out all traces of sealant and material of old laying from the interfaced surfaces of the pipeline and heads of cylinders, then wipe surfaces with the rags moistened in acetone. Check planeness of the interfaced surfaces a steel line and a set of flat probes. The admissible curvature of the plane makes 0.15 mm. At excess of admissible value of a detail are subject to replacement.
2. Check new laying. Factory laying has the tag made white paint, meaning "top", Accurately combine openings of channels and laying. Having established two new laying, accurately lower the pipeline into place.
3. Wrap bolts and nuts of fastening with effort of 18 Nanometers.
4. Installation of the remained components is made as it should be, the return to an order of their dismantle.
5. Fill the cooling system. Start the engine and check it for existence of signs of development of leak of fuel, cooling liquid and losses of depression.
