Details of installation of the fuel tank

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For the purpose of dumping of excessive pressure in a tank uncover a jellied mouth.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

3. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
4. Turn out a drain stopper and lower fuel in the prepared capacity of suitable volume (address an illustration above).
5. Disconnect an electrical wiring of the fuel pump / sensor of fuel consumption and remove them.
6. Remove the protective pallet of the fuel tank.
7. Disconnect fuel pipes and the line of return of fuel evaporations.

Each of the mentioned lines has unique diameter that guarantees unambiguity of their connection at assembly. In case of doubts mark the disconnected components. At once to a zakuporta open ends of tubes.

8. Turn out fixing screws and disconnect a jellied mouth and a ventilating tube of the fuel tank.
9. Prop up a tank a cart jack, for distribution of loading having laid wooden whetstone between a head of the last and a bottom of a tank.
10. Release fixture and lower assembly brackets of fastening of a tank then smoothly lower a tank down.
11. Installation is made upside-down. Track that tubes and hoses were not pressed.
