Removal, installation and adjustment of a door of a back

In view of relevancy of weight of assembly of a door of a back it will be reasonable to secure with the help of the assistant.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

2. Open a door of a back and reliably record it in the lifted situation. Remove a door emphasis (address an illustration above).
3. Disconnect the electrical wiring laid between a door of a back and a body of the car. For this purpose release the plug through passage and disunite contact sockets.

4. Lead round loopy levels a marker and turn out bolts of their fastening (address an accompanying illustration). By means of the assistant remove assembly of a door of a back from the car.

5. Installation is made upside-down.

6a. For replacement of the lock it is necessary to remove the panel of an internal upholstery of a door, the cover of a service window directing a tape of facing of a window opening, a facing, sealing tape, glass, the regulator of a window regulator and the directing trenches (see the Section Removal and installation flew down also the back door window regulator regulator). Remove the cranked lever of the remote drive of a latch of the door lock (address an accompanying illustration).

6b. Remove the driving mechanism. The facing panel of registration plate fastens to a car back door by means of a nut and five clamps, give a nut and, hooking the panel, release clamps. Give two fixing nuts and remove the cylinder of castle assembly, having in case of need disconnected the corresponding electrical wiring. Walk on an executive rod and disconnect it, also disconnect a lock otpuskaniye drive cable (address an accompanying illustration).

6c. Turn out three fixing bolts (address an accompanying illustration) and remove assembly of a latch of the lock of a door. Installation is made upside-down.

7a. Door shift in the longitudinal direction is made by an otpuskaniye of nuts of fastening of loopy levels to a car body (address an accompanying illustration), further loops podstukivatsya by the hammer in the relevant party.

7b. Adjustment of provision of a door in a body aperture (to the right-to the left, up-down) is made by weakening of fixture of loops on a doorframe. Serviceability of operation of a latch is reached due to updating of the provision of its drummer (address an accompanying illustration). Having finished adjustment, strongly tighten the corresponding fixture.
